La cadena de televisión internacional Deutsche Welle premiará por segundo año consecutivo el mejor blog, página a modo de diario cuyo autor expone ideas, noticias, relatos, fotos y casi cualquier cosa imaginable.
Los usuarios de Internet que lo deseen podrán proponer candidatos a los premios, precisando cuáles sons sus blogs favoritos de 2005 en el sitio de Internet http://www.thebobs.de
En los BOBs, nombre que reciben estos premios de la Deutsche Welle, podrán participar blogs en nueve idiomas: alemán, inglés, español, portugués, árabe, chino, ruso, persa y francés.
Además del premio al "mejor blog", la Deutsche Welle premiará el "mejor blog multimedia", el "mejor blog periodístico" y el "mejor sitio Podcasting".
Con esta última categoría se pretende "valorar la creciente importancia de la radio de descarga en Internet", según precisan los organizadores del concurso en un comunicado.
Los usuarios de Internet tienen de tiempo hasta el próximo 30 de septiembre para indicar cuáles sosn sus blogs favoritos.
Un jurado internacional -formado por periodistas, expertos en comunicación y en blogs- seleccionará ocho finalistas en cada categoría y los usuarios tendrán hasta el 20 de noviembre tiempo para votar a los mejores.
La Deutsche Welle anunciará el ganador el próximo 21 de noviembre, precisan los organizadores en un comunicado.
En 2004, el blog chino "Diario Canino" se llevó el premio en la categoría de mejor producto de ese tipo.
